It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As a Nutritionist, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective nutrition coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.
I have had a passion for all things nutrition for many years. I decided to act on that passion and dive deeper into nutrition by attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2017. While I learned more about nutrition, diets, and mindset, I was still curious and it seemed that the more I learned about how food heals the body, the more I wanted to know. That is when I decided to go back to college at Purdue University Global and finish my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition degree. If you are curious about expanding your knowledge about either of these programs, I have provided a link below that will take you to the exact programs that I have taken.
Institute for Integrative Nutrition
As a nutritionist I use a mind, body, and spirit approach as well as a functional approach to be your health ally. I work with clients who are struggling with hormone health, SIBO, GERD, and skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema, and rosacea. Addressing nutritional deficiencies can help improve your sleep, mood, and balance gut health.
Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I encourage my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.
